I plan to reboot the server to free up memory. There is not enough memory to run the DBCC command.

I see this link for downloads, but will these upgrade Advanced Services to SP2. The overview says is not listed.

I can use Remote Desktop to this same server and use SSMS to connect and see other instances on the SQL Server, while having full admin rights to the database....
