i'm sure sp_cycle_errorlog does not delete the archive files, it moves them along (errorlog becomes errorlog.1, errorlog.1 becomes errorlog.2 etc). the only one that is removed is errorlog.6. Sounds like...

xp_enumerrorlogs returns just the one row ? there should be a row for each errorlog file. Is the max number of errorlogs set to 1 somehow ?

that's exactly why i wrote it, people often forget to remove full recovery mode when they copy from a production environment, so it has caused me issues...
