pls healp... i got the same problem and did sp_who2 but BlkBy column returns only "." character..

one more thing..

some free space result a (-) nevative value.. how is that?!?

try to run:

DBCC UPDATEUSAGE ('mydatabase') WITH NO_INFOMSGS

GO

and / or

sp_spaceused @updateusage = 'TRUE'

but still results to negative value.

it does get all databases.. (run it on a new instaled instance..:P)
