After more than 20 hours of suspended/slow process, I found that the newlyu created database has its service broker disabled.
As the original database is using Service Broker, I guess checkdb...

I guess you might be ready to accept some data loss: minimum repair level is repair_allow_data_loss

Yes, I'll do that.
I'll wait till the end of my checkdb and start the restore to a new db afterwards.

You don't see anything in the SQL log?
All your tables are located on the PRIMARY file group?
If you can exclude ressource issues (disk, ram, cpu), you could try to...

So yes I have a full backup but I'm not sure it is safe...
Recovery is simple, no log backups...
