Thanks everyone...found the solution for it..
I had to extract the following listed files from RSClientPrint.cab and register the RSCLientPrint.dll file.

When say...'Insert Compressed Data' did you mean inserting data into a compressed table or did you mean compressing the data in the flat file before inserting it into the table?

I have checked the permission as well and it is setup with the SQL service account as being the owner of the job. The following is the error message I get...
