Modified Script with some changes......
Add dbname and filename from bak file, Add secondary file location if there is different folder, add with recovery or norecovery flag.

The reasons can be related to available resources, number of records and/or server settings.

Are bother environments exactly the same? If not, then the same execution plan could happen...

@Gila: How can we know the wait type and locking objects ? there is no any blockage in sp_who2 active command.

is the sp execution plan will be changed for the grouping of small and large data set in the sp ?

is every time we need to update the stats whenever sp is alter?
