By Default Administrators group will have sysadmin access on SQL Server. Try accessing thru Windows NT Authentication, you can change "SA" password this way.

I think as long as you have sysadm rights, you can perform anything in the database. And user "SA" can do anything in the database.

I have reduced the MAX rows, in the database Maintenance plan, then manually ran the job to get it cleared by the system itself.
