Hi all ,
There are two solutions found for my problem,
1) Take the data as xml input and inserting at a time.
25 lacs of data is getting inserted within 30 minutes...

Thanks you all, for your valuable suggestions. i am concluding that with sql server we will be slower than Oracle,And we cant do much modifications with sql server settings....

I am sorry for not putting my expectations.
