No error messages. All was done silently. But I installed only sample MDX application.
Now I have won this situation by using Terminal Services Client on Win98 instead of installing...

It is not an answer. When you create new SQL Server registration in Enterprise Manager, it shows all SQL Servers, visible in LAN, without any login.
