I'm using IE 7 too but get a 400 error. Works good in Firefox. I'm beihind a firewall so maybe that has something to do with it.

Just running out of space shouldn't make a DB suspect. Suspect means that either a transaction rollback failed or the service was restarted, restart recovery started and then failed.

You probably mistyped your dbname or password. Have another look at that connection string as that is usually the cause of the problem.
