sp_who2 will also give information on who is tracing .
It seems there are some users with sysadmin privileges in your database.

Not sure I understand full transaction log properly .Have you ever had a transaction log or full backup at any time between Dec -06 and June 12..

If the utility is taken out of the equation do the users login without issues or the have the same/different errors.

Can you disable the jobs or unschedule them without issues?
If so ,do that,create new ones that work then continue troubleshooting.
