When I try to do anything with the DTS package I get this error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server

Error Description: [DBNETLIB] [ConnectionRead (WrapperRead().]General network error. Check your network...

Can't even edit the package or design.

Job fails and Can't run the DTS Package at all,

The Database is local and any time I try to execute the job I get the error.
