my issue has been resolved.

by adding this

and fvg.FranchiseId = @franchiseId,

it works . may be there is some data issue in this table [FranchiseVehicleGroups].

REPLACE(), & LOWER() are being used for matching in all cases.

ISNULL() can be ignored except in where conditions.
