Just an FYI, MS does not believe this is an MS Access or SQL problem. They haven't determined the exact issue and are still working on it.

We also had the same problem as DanaH1976 with a sql server 7.0 sp3 running on advanced server 2000 sp2 not releasing memory and locking up the machine. It didn't...
