I ended up just using (I forget now... sp_agent_somethingOrOther) to start the SQL Agent job and doing it that way.
It works fine, but it just doesn't...

If memory serves report services is really just running inside IIS.
So I BELIEVE you could actually setup a stand alone IIS web server and have it host reporting services. ...

Silly question:
If you don't have anything installed on the database server yet, then why not just wipe it and reinstall SQL Server from scratch and choose the collation setting you...

I have my backups first, then the integrity checks, BUT the reasoning behind that is I don't want to abort ALL my backups if just one database has an issue.
