I see. He is saying to re-build the LDF in Emergency mode. I will look at his link and try it. Thanks.

The transaction log is bad so I can't re-build from it. I have a good MDF file though.

Found the answer to this:

You can use the following workaround for this issue.
1) Stop the Performance Logs & Alerts service from services.msc
2) Open up the registry editor (regedit.exe), browse down...
