1. I have X4 Temdb Data files which matches to the actual cores (Not Hyper threaded).

The log i am seeing is "security_error_ring_buffer_recorded".
pretty much i have drilled into the system_health section of management studio in sql 2012
and chose to "watch Live Data" and i see...

There are a lot of these entries which are happening and I am concerned if there is a problem or not given that the SQL Server Log's doesn't show any...

The Type of replication I am doing is merge replication and I have a two hop setup where I have

I agree with the post completely.
On our end, pertaining to Index maintenance, we have a scheduled job which run daily to persist query data from the Index Usage Stats DMV
etc...
