Did you check the schema references in the report, so that it points to http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/reporting/2010/01/reportdefinition
In the ExecutionLogview3, does it indicate that you are using more than one server...

Yes, these reports will work fine in 2012. With sharepoint intergration the ExecutionlogView3 is on the farm where the reportserverdb lives.
This is the primary view for these reports.
