Problem Resolved.
It seems that this error is caused by there being a difference in the ‘Time out’ between datasets, whilst the main dataset was set to 500 seconds the dataset...

Hi,
I'm using SQL 2012
It takes under 20 seconds in SSMS
Timeout is 500 seconds

I thought as much, any ideas how to construct the query? it seems to be failing because no data is returned from the execute.

I saw that the the CREATE TABLE and INSERT INTO #Table would conflict therfore running it as one batch (as stated in the Question) would error the whole statement regardless...
