I didn't run any registry cleaner. I've run into problems with these in the past.

Simply registering the some of the dll's within C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn fixed the problem.

There is no error msg. The window pops as it should will all options available (Language, Browser, Package Object Browser tree, Parse button, Undo button, etc.) but with NO text...

In that case a DTS package would probably be you best bet.

If the table is already defined, try putting a default value on the column.
