I used your where statement, and I've got the results I need.

Because these reports go to clients, that means the @Dept is unknown. I would have to change the declaration each time a new department was created or removed.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong. If I use the @Dept within the Where clause, I would then have to declare it? Which, I don't particularly want to...
