When I try the alter command I get an error but all other commands work
alter database [ENR Access DB]
set offline
go

move files

alter database [ENR...

It will not let me change from basic see attached

I grabbed the software from the server and installed only the SSMS onto my computer. I can connect to the database however the drop down does not show integration services...
