Yip definatly no way to run MS SQL on Linux. MYSQL is the way to go then.

Well - You can use SQLCMD command line utility and pipe the results to a File. ;-). Might be easier

Excel 2003 has a row limit . I suggest use Excel 2007 it has a row limit of 65536.:-D
