Hi
Did the log backup now.
It's about 75Gb.
Transaction logs remaing 141Gb with about 30% free
What now ?

i'm already running a trasnaction log backup
Thought a full backup did it !

In the maintenance plan a full back up is made, but no space is freed.
It's now running up to 131Gb
We make a backup once a day.
When is it moved...

I know I give few info and I am asking a lot.
We are not running big queries. There are no deadlocks.
Database is running on disk, transaction log is running...

it was in fact null values
but mean while i did find the solution.
It was a report field error

ok, unfortunately replication is now running and there is no way of backing up the transaction log now.
But when I look into the activitity monitor I see that the following...

We've dropped the publication once and then we could truncate.
But then we of course have to setup replication again.
Anyone got a clue ?
