Like several people who have already replied, we should be 100% virtual by the end of the year, once the last couple of servers are replaced in a few months.

I would say that replication is great when it works, but when it breaks it's hell! If it was easier to fix it would probably be all you needed

Yes! Just search for "SQL Server 2008 Build" in the main SSC Search box and you'll see both the 2008 and 2008 R2 listed
