    It is giving me Incorrect Syntax near where

    SELECT User, ProcessId, COUNT(*) AS ProcessDupCount

    FROM dbo.table_name

    GROUP BY User, ProcessId

    WHERE ProcessId > 1

    I am getting this error - Column 'OACT.FatherNum' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause.
