all the create stmts are separated by "--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------" will that makes a difference?

Developers think its always DBA's fault bcz  the query is running slow . Initially they were pulling data to temp tables which we corrected into physical tables and...

You are spot on,the removal of the unused PK might have caused creation of  big stack of heap tables which i will need to fix  moving forward ..

Like i mentioned this DB is massive and queries are running fine as expected , issue here is the DB is chewing up massive amounts of disk space...
