Sorry, sorted it. I plugged it into the DTExecUI and resolved it this way. It just needed the backslashes:

"\"Data Source=LOCALHOST;Initial Catalog=ACS_Production;Provider=SQLNCLI.1;Integrated Security=SSPI;\""
