The command is not being ran with TABLOCK.
It was successful running up against other databases and also this specific database.

There can be multiple fileids yes with different values that are associated with a boxid.

I have tried that query and it does return a fileid that is in the TableB but not in TableC.
Say there are like 21 entries of a fileid in TableB...

I see that's right. Since the mirror gets written to first then I would not have to worry about data loss.
So the only real disaster scenario with High Safety...
