If you're still using Upsizing Wizard, then you should have a look at SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access, free download from Microsoft.

You cant use the designer in Access 2003 with SQL Server 2005. Use SSMS instead, or convert to Access 2008.

I think that is correct. Actually you could build a sql view in access 2003 by using a pass through query not with the designer.

You'll have to design the view in SQL Server. Access 2003 can't build object in SQL Server 2005, just 2000

SSIS is missed but there is an open source scheduler that works very well called SQLScheduler at lazycoding.com
