If my fill factor is set to the default of 0, shouldn't the log message say "(leaving 0% free space)" ?

how can you leave 100% free...

Maybe some other process is still holding on to those files?

As Jo stated, It sounds like the connection string you are using in the asp code doesn't have davbil_community as the default database.
