Go to Sql Server Mgmt Studio.

Navigate to the table.

Right click --> Edit/Modify Table

DO NOT SAVE AFTER DOING BELOW CHANGES

Add New Column.

[ select identity,primary key, foreign key, etc....]

Right Click newly created...
