The SQL Server Agent "vb" job appeared again!

I ran the below queries in every database and the results were the same (Screenshot attached);

select * from sys.sql_modules

where definition like '%vb%'

select *...

I've ran the below statements in every database and "vb" is not mentioned. It appears that it is not being created by another job...
