by changing, do you mean schema changes, ie new columns, defaults,constraints, datatype changes, etc, or do you mean data changes, like new rows of data,others updated/deleted

I'm guessing that SQL restarted. That indicates that SQL is still recovering the DB. Check the error log, what does it say about that DB?

i was on a hurry so i used this mechanism...
1.- create a database
2.- deattach the DB
3.- attach the DB with de .mdf and .log that...
