According to Jonathan Kehayias (http://sqlblog.com/blogs/jonathan_kehayias/archive/2010/12/21/an-xevent-a-day-21-of-31-the-future-tracking-blocking-in-denali.aspx) the event you are trying to add was added in Denali. That may explain the error.
