OK lets assume the fragmentation level is high and we really need re-building indexes every week then what is the solution ?

Yes simple will create problems. I tried with Bulk=Logged but even it do not work the way you want this.

SQL Server 2005 has following default settings of model DB.
MDF = 3mb
LDF = 1mb
So infact question is not appropriate.

Yes it is set to zero.
I keep on running job manually several time. Job execute successfully but giving this information.

My SSMS settings are
NON-XML = 65535
XML = Unlimited (and even tried with 2MB)

Same problem i can see on my server.
Delay restoring backup atleast = 0 Minutes
