Sql engine is not installed. There are no sql services such as MS sql server, or sql agent. The client tool has been installed since its an application server....

Do I have to manually failover the node b to Node A? And can I set the possible owner to Node A? or both the nodes have to be selected?

Do you think it will work with existing node. As I mentioned there are two active/active nodes. on Node A default is there, but on node B only named instance...

This is installed as cluster, but for some reason the node b is missing the default instance.
