no there is non that's changing

yes I created a new database with a backup file and recreated the log configuration

only log job is working not the alert job

yes the database is in full recovery mode

and yes I am going to talk to my admin about a back up plan

I tried to recreate the jobs from scratch but still getting errors

it is dev environment and there is no maintenance job on this box

I don't have back up of msdb?

thanks and how to put databases in sync when the date is changing in both at different timings?
