Thanks for the suggestions .I have lots of reports to create and I think with this approach I will need two schedules for each report and anytime the job fails...

lets say out of 50 queries 5 give some results so i will need 5...

Yes I had a where clause for table B.I removed it as per your suggestions and it works:-)
