Hello, I know this is a really old thread, but did you ever figure it out? We are getting that same error.

It turns out it was a job after all. I was able to run sp_who2 at the right time and that's how I saw a job was running.

Thank you for the reply. Basically we need the new features in SSIS, not Sql server. So if there is a way to avoid having to buy a full version...
