I have had a very similar scenario, but I think my problems were different to yours.
Have you tried to run a simple job step with the proxy account that does...

Have you checked how the multiple rows are being generated.
Look at the replication tables on the subscriber and test what happens when you make a change to a record.

So the records are in the publisher and the subscriber but you want to remove them from the subscriber.
Not sure that's the right thing to do ??

Hi,
Well, unless you can get some downtime, I'm not sure you are going avoid losing some records..but i could be wrong.
You will need to remove the table from the publication...

I think you would be better off leaving replication to manage uniqueness, by all means have your own PK.

I assume after you have added the new table in you will run the snapshot agent and then distribute that new table..correct.

I think it would be safer to set up your replication from scratch. You can use a 'nosynch' approach so you don't have to push...
