Fridays backup failed with the same error as before.
I've checked the Header information of the backup files for Thursday and Friday and they're all the same Database and Server...

It is because the requirement I've been given is to use the Database Name as the Event Source and RAISERROR... WITH LOG records it as MSSQL$InstanceName.

Just for clarification, when I tested my code I used an existing Source name, rather than "DatabaseName" as per my example code as to avoid another level of complexity.
