You probably have, but have you check the permissions for the abc\rsuser?
What's it being used for - running reporting services?

Today, again the reporting server stopped and I noticed the below in the log file

Fixed the issue by setting the max pool size to 200 in the connection string. We are going to rebuild the server with upgrade and so it will be setup...
