Issue fixed.
Actually, on one of the nodes Firewall is running.
Disabled the firewall and it's working fine

Windows Firewall service was already disabled on both nodes.

I checked the below logs but did not find any IO errors:
1. SQL Server errorlog
2. Application Event viewer logs
3. System Event viewer logs
Is there any other logs I can look...

There are NO IO errors.
There are 50 databases on the same instance and the corruption is on only one database Mydb.
It is a QA database and in simple recovery model....

Check the permissions on the folders. When you copied the filestream folder it may not have inherited the permissions from the SQLData folder. The service account needs permissions to all...

the backup drive is Clustered Shared drive sitting on SAN. So in that case, we do not need any separate NIC as the backup directly writing to disk on SAN?...

In real world, if the database size 2 TB, how to backup that?
Full backup may take 1 day or 2..I don't think people do that way..
