It's still forbidden to create triggers on system databases, unfortunately. So, I've nothing for you, vlatkad 🙁

It's a server trigger, so it's created at the server level:
Instance => Server Objects => Triggers.

First of all, thanks for your reply.
This:

Always give me 2 results for all the databases, per instance,...

I finally got what I wanted but not by using BCP, but SQLCMD.
For each tables containing at least one record in my table, it creates a file with "inserts"
EXEC...
