Check your errorlog and it will provide you additonal errors (like 9004) when you see 945 errors. You'll have to address those.

But it sounds like that you see this issue...

so i'm not the only one. i actually did spend a few extra minutes to see where i was wrong. but then i realize that its gotta be a typo...
