It turned out I setup the email account correctly.  The issue was making the profile public.

I found this code provided by microsoft.  It did the job.

we fixed this.   After leaving the Domain and rejoining, the problem went away.     Further!

I gave up on Bulk Insert.   Used the SQL Import function.   In a few hours, my life was fulfilled once again.    My camper is happy.

I installed the driver on a Windows 10 and windows  7 pc.  It blew up with a typically cryptic error message.
