The Oracle database stores object names as ALL CAPS.  Try entering the proc name in capital letters, i.e. SP_TEST.

I don't know why you are seeing old transactions in the log backup, but I believe that truncating the log before the nightly database backup is a BAD idea.  If...

To reduce space used in a transaction log, you have to run "BACKUP TRANSACTION".

The "pipe" symbol is probably being intercepted by the OS.  Try enclosing it in double quotes: i.e. "|".
