When i do the following:
In Solution Explorer, right-click the SSIS Packages node, and then click Upgrade All Packages to upgrade all the packages under this node.
I don't see any packages...

Had to add the missing pkgs to the solution and a "(1)" was appended to the end of the package name and listed it at the bottom instead of alphabetical...

I think I may need to upgrade ssis 2008 packages to SSIS 2012 before upgrading to SSIS 2014

Thanks, next question...Haven't seen anything online on converting SSIS 2008 packages to 2014....Is it the same way you would upgrade 2008 packages to 2012?

I just copied and pasted it into my browser and it worked. You can also google "SSIS File System Task Rename File" and get a slew of returns.

Turns out I was able to speed it up by looking at the query plan and adding some indexes.
