  • RE: Performance Monitoring with Dynamic Management Views

Here's a link in SkyDrive, maybe you'll have better luck with it.

  • RE: Performance Monitoring with Dynamic Management Views

Other people seem to have that problem, I'm not sure why, when I copy/paste the link into chrome it opens up the PDF fine (with Adobe integrated in).

  • RE: DBCC Question

It's not possible to shut down the server right now :/ It's one of those 24x7 applications, I have passed on the information and will let you know about the...

  • RE: DBCC Question

I can check if write-caching has been enabled on the hardware RAID though.

  • RE: DBCC Question

This particular server isn't on a SAN, it's just your ho-hum normal DAS RAID, (I think it's raid 5 actually). It was a different server that was on a...

  • RE: DBCC Question

Heck no, no drop/creates, all maintenance is done outside the application, and their application tech messaged me about it cause he didn't know what to do either. The last...

I ran it again several times WITH...

Same table, but two different servers (one is on a SAN) the other is just DAS RAID 10. It's not possible for an application to corrupt it is it?...

  • RE: DBCC Question

So do you think it's odd then given the errors? Thanks for your input on all this as usual you've been extremely helpful.

  • RE: DBCC Question

I copied the entire log from the agent job, as well as the SQLDUMP. I actually stumbled across another case where a customer reported the same thing (they...

  • RE: DBCC Question

Yes, that's true, but i already knew how to fix it. Just wondering why they appeared and disappeared and i didn't drop/create. The only other thing that happened was a...

  • RE: Question on index column ordering

The date's aren't unique, if the datapoint is minute data, then it's possible to have 65 (or more) dates in an hour, a 1 hour (00:00), 4 15min (with one...
